Happy New Year! We welcome 2019 by spending time with our guest, violinist Karin Harrell, talking about endurance events, violin playing, what she did and didn't learn in music conservatory, and the new adventure of going back to school to study Occupational Therapy. Karin performs all over the country with different orchestras and ensembles but currently calls Dallas her home. We caught up with her between the dress rehearsal and concert and discussed how she keeps in touch with the people she cares about (all over the country), what she eats before performances and athletic events and how she carries knowledge from one aspect of life into another.
