This quick upper back reset is great to include in your regular care routine. It is simple, fast and effective. If you are experiencing pain or tension in your upper back, shoulders, neck, or elbows, or have any hand numbness try this out.

If you are very tight this can be painful and tender in certain areas. If you find a spot the is particularly tender rest over the balls and breath. When you can maintain a normal breath pattern you can incorporate movement. Part of working to release tension is about communicating with and soothing the nervous system, so it is important to continue to breath and allow yourself to soften.

This can be done before, during or after rehearsal, practice or performance! If you can purchase your own set of Yoga Tune Up Balls here.
