Here is quick all levels 11min warm-up that you can do almost anywhere. In this session we will focus on a little spinal mobility, shoulder mobility, and finding length in the sides of you body and hip flexors. It is a perfect addition to your morning routine or pre-practice routine.
There are no modification given in this video, but there are modifications available to accommodate all bodies. For the sake of time I am not able to list them all in the videos but would love to provide them upon request.
