Here is quick all levels 11min warm-up that you can do almost anywhere. In this session we will focus on a little spinal mobility, shoulder mobility, and finding length in the sides of you body and hip flexors. It is a perfect addition to your morning routine or pre-practice routine.

There are no modification given in this video, but there are modifications available to accommodate all bodies. For the sake of time I am not able to list them all in the videos but would love to provide them upon request. So if you have any questions, or would like to know modifications for any of the poses demonstrated please reach out to us.
